Description
The Supplier Engineer leads supplier qualification, process improvement, material risk mitigation, and engineering projects across medical-device supply-chain commodities. The role coordinates engineers and cross-functional teams, conducts NCEP/CAPA and complaint investigations, applies Six Sigma and statistical methods, and supports first-article and acceptance activities. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline, supplier engineering or process engineering experience, and expertise in plastic resin, chemicals, metals, packaging, electronics, and fiber are required; ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 knowledge is advantageous.
