Oracle is hiring a Principal Supply Chain Engineer specializing in PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineering to develop, qualify, and deploy ICT, MDA, and Boundary Scan test solutions for complex Printed Circuit Board Assemblies. The role covers test program and fixture development, DFT and coverage analysis, defect analysis, manufacturing test strategy, supplier qualification, NPI readiness, process capability, yield improvement, and root-cause corrective action across design, operations, quality, and external manufacturing partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline and at least seven years of relevant engineering experience, including five years of direct PCBA ICT experience. The US hiring range is $102,300 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
