Flexcon is hiring a Principal Supply Planner to develop and manage end-to-end supply plans and strategies for assigned products, product families, or business units. The role leads S&OP and S&OE planning, runs MRP and MPS processes, performs capacity and inventory modeling, manages supply risks, and recommends service, cost, and inventory trade-offs to leadership. It requires at least five years of supply planning or manufacturing operations experience, ERP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days on site in Spencer, Massachusetts, with a stated base salary range of $89,110.69 to $148,517.82 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
