Description
The Principal Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) will join a founding engineering team establishing a new Toronto engineering hub for a publicly listed global technology company. The role owns full-stack platform architecture across frontend, backend, cloud, APIs, distributed systems, reliability, observability, and AI-enabled development workflows, while leading technical direction, mentoring engineers, resolving complex production issues, and establishing engineering standards. The position seeks a senior technical leader with approximately 10+ years of production software experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and backend expertise, cloud-native development experience, and demonstrated ability to use AI tooling to accelerate engineering velocity.
