Description
AT&T is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer to lead the reliability, security, scalability, governance, and strategic direction of critical enterprise platforms and cloud services. The role designs and evolves enterprise applications, platforms, and integration services; provides technical leadership for Kafka and IXBUS; drives automation, CI/CD governance, observability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and platform modernization; and mentors senior engineers. It requires at least seven years of cloud platforms, infrastructure services, platform engineering, and cloud governance experience, with office presence of at least five days per week in one of the listed locations. The position is full-time, onsite, and pays $155,400 to $261,100 annually.
