Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior CUDA Driver Engineer to evangelize, architect, and implement new CUDA features; oversee development across multiple teams; collaborate with hardware architecture teams; define improvements to CUDA APIs and the programming model; design and maintain performance and precision modeling; write maintainable, tested code; and develop code for multiple operating systems. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of relevant systems software development experience, strong C programming skills, and extensive experience with complex software stacks, operating system interfaces, HW/SW co-design, and performance modeling. The base salary range is 272,000 USD to 431,250 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 25, 2026.
