RTX is hiring a Principal Systems Administrator, also internally known as Principal Specialist, Information Workplace Services (P3), for a fully onsite role in Andover, Massachusetts. The position supports Windows and Linux enterprise environments, including patching, vulnerability remediation, STIG/EVAL compliance, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, Group Policy, and production infrastructure. It requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and typically a university degree or equivalent experience with at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least three years of experience. The salary range is 86,800 USD to 165,200 USD, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits potentially available.
