Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer for its In-Service Programme team in Frimley on a hybrid schedule of three days onsite per week. The role provides technical ownership of CCS design, supports in-service programme delivery, leads key design decisions, manages design changes and baselines, and coordinates stakeholders, suppliers, and design reviews. The position requires strong systems/network/software engineering experience, DOORS familiarity, change management experience, and Chartered Engineer status or progression toward it, with combat systems knowledge desirable for submarine-related work.
