Trident Systems is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer in Melbourne, Florida, in a hybrid arrangement. The role leads diverse engineering teams developing advanced RF, processing, networking, and data-storage units for space applications; owns systems engineering processes, technical baselines, requirements verification and validation, design reviews, and program execution; and supports IR&D, new products, and business proposals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 10+ years with a master’s degree, and demonstrated experience leading complex spaceflight or aerospace hardware from concept through qualification, production, and customer delivery.
