TrustPoint is hiring a full-time Principal Systems Engineer to lead integration across satellite, payload, ground, RF, timing, and software systems for its commercial GPS constellation. The role owns system error budgets, critical interfaces, configuration management, verification closure, and cross-functional technical execution, while identifying risks and ensuring alignment across evolving architectures. Candidates need 12+ years of principal- or lead-level systems engineering experience, experience closing system-level error budgets and interfaces, and the ability to drive verification across peer organizations. The position is based outside Washington, DC, and in Silicon Valley, with a salary range of $175,000 to $228,000 plus equity and standard benefits.
