Themis Insight is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer (Mission Management) to support a cryptologic dissemination customer in modernizing the auto-dissemination proposal adjudication process. The role involves understanding data flows, reviewing legal and policy obligations, defining adjudication processes, and creating artifacts for requestors and adjudicators. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least 20 years of systems engineering experience, familiarity with intelligence-community law and policy, process engineering or Lean Six Sigma experience, and TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. The work location is Fort Meade, Maryland, subject to change based on client needs.
