Description
Camgian is hiring an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the integration of modeling and simulation capabilities across its product development lifecycle. The role translates mission needs into system architectures, requirements, interfaces, verification approaches, and model-based engineering artifacts, while developing physics-based models of air targets and effects, air and missile threats, and distributed simulation environments. Responsibilities include defining simulation architectures, integrating simulation with software, AI/ML, C2, sensor, and weapon systems, supporting verification and validation, conducting trade studies, and coordinating with engineering and program stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10–15 years of systems engineering experience, modeling and simulation expertise, United States citizenship, and an active or recent DoD security clearance.
