Baxter is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer to serve as Product Design Owner for infusion pump systems and related projects. The role owns the design, risk, integration, requirements, architecture, interfaces, design control, regulatory compliance, traceability, and product safety across the product lifecycle, with authority to make technical trade-off decisions and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of experience, including project transfer leadership; medical device manufacturing experience is preferred. The position offers an estimated base salary of $112,000 to $154,000 annually, requires U.S. work authorization, and includes a required minimum number of onsite days.
