Camgian is hiring a full-time Principal Systems Engineering Architect in Huntsville, Alabama to lead mission architecture and technical integration for REACTOR and its Cognitive Decision Aids across c-UAS, IAMD, and multi-domain systems. The role translates operational needs into architectures, requirements, interfaces, verification strategies, and deployment-ready baselines; develops MBSE artifacts, data contracts, trade studies, integration plans, and test and operational performance analyses; and serves as a senior authority while mentoring teams and communicating with customers and leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of applicable experience or a master's degree with at least 8 years, along with defense or mission-systems architecture experience, MBSE/MDE tool experience, and United States citizenship; a government security clearance is required.
