Description
Baxter is seeking a Principal Systems Verification Engineer to lead the System Verification team within the Infusion Therapies & Platforms (ITP) division. This role involves planning and executing system verification deliverables, leading validation efforts for laboratory equipment, developing and executing validation protocols aligned with FDA and ISO standards, and contributing to system requirements and architecture. The engineer will also focus on creating best practices, streamlining testing processes, implementing configuration and change management, automating testing, participating in design reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
