Zantech is hiring a Principal Technical Advisor (SME) for a hybrid role based in Ashburn, Virginia, to serve as the senior subject matter expert for performance management and technology innovation on an Operations and Program Management Support Services project. The contractor will provide objective analysis of integrator performance, develop KPIs and SLAs, evaluate technical, financial, and operational data, advise on cloud, AI/ML, and intelligent automation strategies, lead prototyping and proofs-of-concept, and assess modernization risks and transition approaches. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of Federal IT modernization or performance-management experience, relevant professional certifications, and an active Secret or higher clearance.
