Workato is hiring a Principal Technical Architect, AI to serve as a dual-mandate Field Specialist. The role combines customer-facing AI architecture for enterprise AI agent engagements with internal development of Workato’s autonomous Customer Success agent platform. Responsibilities include defining agentic automation strategies, leading architecture workshops, building reference architectures and technical collateral, advising customers on AI best practices, and architecting memory, knowledge graphs, autonomy, evaluation, and infrastructure systems. The position requires a B.Tech/BE or higher in a relevant field, 15+ years of enterprise software architecture experience, 8+ years of integration-platform experience, and 2+ years of applied AI/agent engineering experience, along with extensive knowledge of Python, agent frameworks, graph databases, RAG, evaluation, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise security.
