Morgan Stanley is hiring a Vice President-level Technical Business Analyst for its Governance, Risk & Compliance technology function. The role partners with compliance, risk, audit, legal, and technology stakeholders to translate regulatory and control requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, integrations, and data models; supports Agile delivery, UAT, production validation, issue resolution, internal audit, risk testing, and new-product approval processes. Candidates need at least six years of technical business analysis experience, preferably in GRC or risk technology, along with strong documentation, SQL, stakeholder-management, and related skills. The expected base pay is $155,000 to $215,000 per year.
