Empower is hiring a Principal Technical Business Systems Analyst to lead business-process and systems evaluations, translate complex needs into technology solutions, and support scalable application roadmaps. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, system analysts, quality assurance, and engineers; leads the analyst community and COE; troubleshoots issues; documents requirements and technical solutions; and supports major incidents. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong business-analysis and Agile skills, and proficiency with SQL, Toad, MS Access, Excel, and/or SharePoint. The position offers a base salary of $114,000 to $165,300, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
