Appian is hiring a Principal Technical Consultant in Mexico City on a hybrid work model to lead enterprise software delivery and large-scale consulting initiatives using the Appian platform. The role owns the software development lifecycle, mentors consultants, partners with architects and delivery managers, designs secure integrations and data infrastructures, and drives client self-sufficiency. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a technical field, at least 8 years of software development or technical implementation consulting experience, team leadership experience, and strong SQL and database design skills. The base salary range is $950,000–$1,650,000 MXN, with medical, dental, and vision plans among the benefits.
