Boston Dynamics is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager - Actuators to lead the development lifecycle of robotics actuators for its Atlas program, coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, hardware design, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams. The role manages project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, design reviews, documentation, change control, vendor coordination, and delivery of motors, gearboxes, and PCBAs. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or robotics field, 12+ years of engineering and project management experience, 7+ years in engineering design, and 5+ years managing complex shipping products. The position is based in the United States, does not offer visa sponsorship, and offers a base salary of $178,000-$215,000.
