Amazon MGM Studios Tech is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead a multi-year, cross-organizational program that migrates MGM's financial systems and balance-sheet exposure from multiple legacy platforms into a consolidated Amazon architecture. The role owns the end-to-end data migration and cutover strategy, sequencing workstreams, managing operational and architectural risk, standardizing deal types and system-of-record boundaries, and advising VP-level leadership on technical investment and platform strategy. The position requires 10+ years of technical program management and engineering experience, including software development, systems architecture, cross-functional program delivery, and roadmap strategy. It is based in Culver City, California, with a base salary of 177,000.00–239,400.00 USD annually.
