Amazon is hiring a Principal, Technical Program Manager to serve as a strategic execution partner to the Director of Associate Experience (AE) Technology within Amazon Customer Service. This individual contributor role owns complex, cross-portfolio programs spanning engineering, product, science, and operations teams; diagnoses and structures ambiguous problems; builds cross-team planning, dependency, metrics, and goal-setting mechanisms; improves team effectiveness; and influences technical decisions. The role requires at least seven years of technical product or program management experience, ten years of direct engineering-team experience, five years of software development experience, and experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 177,000 to 239,400 USD annually.
