AWSI PLUS is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager as an individual contributor to own complex, cross-organizational technical programs for AWS's most critical internal customer. The role manages concurrent workstreams across capacity planning, region migrations, infrastructure scaling, and AI/ML adoption; identifies and mitigates risk; influences architecture and engineering decisions; and advises VPs and SVPs. The position requires 7+ years of technical product or program management experience, 10+ years working directly with engineering teams, and 5+ years of software development experience. The Seattle, Washington location lists a base salary of 177,000.00–239,400.00 USD annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
