Description
Amazon is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager for AWS Mantle, the distributed inference engine powering Amazon Bedrock. The role owns complex, cross-organizational programs spanning model onboarding, security architecture, capacity management, and global API availability; defines strategy in ambiguous environments, coordinates engineering and product teams, influences VP-level decisions, and develops the TPM community. Candidates need at least 7 years of technical product or program management experience, 10 years working directly with engineering teams, 5 years of software development experience, and experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 177,000.00–239,400.00 USD annually.
