Prime Video is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to own Operational Excellence and Development Efficiency across the business. Reporting to the Director of READI, the role will define multi-year strategy, operational metrics and standards, high-visibility operating mechanisms, and cross-functional initiatives; improve developer productivity and delivery velocity; remediate systemic operational problems; and influence senior engineering and product leaders. The position requires 12+ years of engineering-team experience, 10+ years of technical product or program management experience, and 5+ years of software development experience, and is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 177,000–239,400 USD annually.
