Amazon Leo is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the development, testing, and delivery of Satellite Payload and Data Plane software programs. The role coordinates engineering, architecture, hardware, software, firmware, product, and program management teams; creates project plans; manages scrums, budgets, dashboards, schedules, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies; and resolves blocking issues. Candidates need extensive experience in wireless communications, networking, embedded software, project management, and program management, including at least seven years of technical product or program management experience, ten years working directly with engineering teams, and seven years of software development experience. The position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of 177,000 to 239,400 USD annually.
