Annapurna Labs is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end program execution for its next-generation multi-die ML accelerator, from RTL freeze through tape-out and production readiness. The role integrates schedules and critical-path analysis across RTL/DV, physical design, packaging, power, infrastructure, and post-silicon workstreams; manages external design partners and IP vendors; tracks verification convergence; and drives infrastructure and capacity planning. The position requires at least 10 years of complex technology project and engineering-team management experience, deep chip-development knowledge, and strong technical communication skills. It is based in Cupertino, California, or Austin, Texas, with annual base salaries of $203,500–$275,300 USD in Cupertino and $177,000–$239,400 USD in Austin.
