Amazon Web Services is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the lifecycle of complex cross-organizational programs transforming Amazon WorkSpaces into agentic, AI-driven workspaces. The role manages multiple workstreams across capacity intelligence, architecture modernization, agentic AI integration, persona-driven workspace experiences, and new product incubation; identifies and mitigates technical and delivery risk; and influences engineering and executive decisions. The position requires extensive technical product and program management, engineering, and software development experience and is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 177,000.00–239,400.00 USD annually.
