Coherent Corp. is hiring a senior technical customer-facing program leader to manage Microsoft engagements for high-speed optical transceivers and datacenter networking products. The role coordinates product configuration, performance targets, telemetry, sample readiness, firmware and system bring-up, interoperability qualification, tolerance testing, and issue resolution across Microsoft, switch and NIC vendors, internal R&D, operations, quality, and external partners. It requires at least seven years of experience in technical marketing, customer engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management for optical transceivers, networking, or datacenter hardware, plus strong knowledge of CMIS, DDM/telemetry, optical qualification, power and thermal trade-offs, and high-speed products such as 800G or 1.6T.
