Echodyne is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead supplier-driven hardware and technology integration programs for custom radar and sensing platforms. The role bridges engineering, operations, sourcing, manufacturing, and external partners; manages development plans, supplier qualification and onboarding, technology feasibility, integration, risk, and process improvement; and supports strategic planning and supplier site visits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 8 years of experience in technical program management, supplier development, or complex hardware integration, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. The position is exempt, US-based, and offers an annual salary of $149,659–$224,437 USD plus benefits.
