Description
Eliyan is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the schedule, risk, cross-team strategy, budget, and resource allocation for its advanced packaging and SI/PI program portfolio. The role manages 2.5D/3D IC integration, chiplet interposer and substrate design, bump/RDL, co-packaged optics, OSAT and foundry relationships, qualification and production ramp, customer and partner interfaces, and executive reporting. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field and 15+ years of semiconductor program management experience, including advanced packaging and SI/PI execution.
