Description
Eliyan is hiring an on-site Principal Technical Program Manager in the Bay Area to lead end-to-end ASIC, IP, and platform programs from architecture through production readiness. The role owns program schedules and critical paths, coordinates cross-functional semiconductor engineering teams, manages external IP vendors and packaging partners, serves as the primary customer interface, and handles schedule, risk, budget, resource, technical review, reporting, and program-management-process activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience, at least 15 years of semiconductor program management experience, and deep knowledge of the silicon development lifecycle.
