Intuit is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale data infrastructure, marketing technology, and AI-powered experimentation programs across TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp. The role owns program strategy, architecture, risk, stakeholder communication, and business outcomes; partners with VP- and Director-level leaders; develops the DGX program operating model; applies AI tools and agentic workflows; and coaches program managers. It requires 12+ years of technical program management experience, enterprise data and MarTech delivery experience, strong cloud and AI/ML knowledge, and a BS or MS in a related technical discipline. The expected base pay is $238,000-$322,000 in Mountain View, California.
