The role combines strategic program delivery with AI-native program management, predictive risk and dependency analysis, scalable operating frameworks, and influence across technical and business leaders. Candidates need extensive experience leading large-scale technical programs in matrixed organizations, strong systems-thinking and communication skills, and experience using AI tools and workflows in program management. The position is based in Mountain View or San Diego, California, with an expected base pay range of $219,500 to $322,000 depending on location.
