Microsoft is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager for its CISO Operations Security Implementation & Capability team. The role defines and leads complex, cross-functional cybersecurity programs and portfolios from strategy through execution, adoption, transition, and sustained outcomes; architects durable operating models and automated workflows; aligns senior leaders across engineering, security, operations, risk, compliance, and business organizations; and uses AI, telemetry, and evidence to optimize investments and decision-making. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years managing cross-functional projects, along with Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
