The role owns program planning and delivery, stakeholder relationships, governance, change management, and the adoption of AI-native ways of working, while collaborating with senior executives across geographies and functions. Candidates need 12–15+ years of experience in large-scale change initiatives or strategic program management, a strong track record of complex program leadership, and familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software. Base pay is $199,100–$384,400 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
