ServiceNow is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager for its APEX Strategic Programs organization. The role leads large-scale, complex, cross-functional strategic programs, translating business objectives into execution plans, establishing governance and accountability, coordinating senior stakeholders across geographies and functions, and using AI tools to accelerate program delivery and decision-making. Candidates need at least 12 years of experience in large-scale change initiatives or strategic program management, expertise in enterprise software or SaaS, strong communication and influence skills, and a bachelor's degree; an MBA or other graduate degree is preferred. Base pay is $221,200–$387,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
