ServiceNow is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager for its APEX Strategic Programs organization. The role leads large-scale, complex, cross-functional strategic programs, translating business objectives into execution plans, establishing governance and accountability, managing stakeholder relationships, and using AI tools to improve program delivery. Candidates need 12–15+ years of experience in large-scale change initiatives or strategic program management, a strong track record of completing complex programs, SaaS/enterprise software knowledge, and strong executive communication and stakeholder-influence skills. Base pay is $221,200–$387,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
