Okta is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager, Engineering to partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to build and deliver complex engineering initiatives. The role owns prioritization, planning, execution, risk mitigation, process adoption, and transparency for strategic and federal initiatives, with a hands-on approach across multiple teams in a SaaS and agile environment. Candidates need at least seven years of technical project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to access Impact Level 4 and 5 data; US Person status is required. The position is hybrid and offers an annual base salary of $209,000–$287,000 USD for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a $186,000–$256,000 USD range for candidates in other listed states.
