Description
d-Matrix is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager, HW/Systems to drive engineering excellence across its global hardware organization. The role leads end-to-end program management for post-silicon and system hardware development, including silicon arrival preparation, firmware deployment, power and performance characterization, demonstrations, qualification, and NPI. It coordinates delivery across North America, India, Serbia, and Australia; establishes milestones, dashboards, playbooks, and risk-mitigation practices; and serves as a liaison between hardware teams and company leadership. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work at the Santa Clara, California headquarters three to five days per week.
