Intuit is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager for its Mid Market Product Development team to lead high-impact programs from strategy through delivery. The role partners with portfolio and engineering leadership, manages cross-domain dependencies and risks, develops six-quarter capability roadmaps, establishes program frameworks and operating cadences, and builds relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Operations. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in technical program management, engineering, architecture, or related roles, along with strong executive communication and complex initiative experience; platform, forward-deploy, BI, data-platform, or AI experience is preferred. The position is based in Mountain View, California, with a base salary of $238,000–$322,000.
