Parametric is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex enterprise-level projects and own the technical project delivery roadmap and product success. The role collaborates with engineering, business, vendors, contractors, and external partners; defines product and technology roadmaps; manages programs through PI planning; monitors progress, risks, budgets, and deadlines; and facilitates communication between IT and business stakeholders. The position follows a hybrid model with office work three days per week and is open to candidates with a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years leading complex development, integration, strategy, business analysis, or systems analysis projects, and advanced experience with Scaled Agile software development processes.
