Description
HubSpot is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex security engineering programs across detection and response, identity and access, infrastructure security, application security, and related domains. The role partners with security engineering, product, finance, and compliance teams; owns program execution, roadmaps, dependencies, KPIs, and scalable operating systems; and initially focuses on SOX compliance for Usage-Based Billing before transitioning to broader security engineering TPM work. The position requires 12+ years of technical program management experience, deep security and SaaS/cloud technical fluency, compliance-framework knowledge, and daily AI tool use. Annual cash compensation is $172,700–$246,700 USD, with possible equity, commission, and bonus eligibility.
