The Principal Technician (ICT Systems) will install, maintain, repair, configure, and troubleshoot ICT systems and networks for NATO’s NCIA, including software and system administration, network support, hardware and software installation, release and deployment, and end-user technical support. The role provides Level 2 on-call support, works on-site in The Hague, may require travel to other NATO sites, and requires a valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
