The Principal Technician (ICT Systems) will install, maintain, repair, configure, and troubleshoot ICT systems and networks for NATO’s NCIA, including software and system administration, network support, hardware and software installation, release and deployment, and Level 2 on-call service operations. The role is onsite in The Hague, may require travel to other NATO sites, and requires a valid Top Secret National or NATO Top Secret personal security clearance.
