Description
AWS is hiring a Principal Technologist to lead the technical execution of AI-native telecommunications solutions for next-generation networks, including 6G, RAN AI, non-terrestrial networks, AI control planes, and agentic network frameworks. The role owns customer co-design engagements, proof-of-concept delivery, production scaling, crowdsourced innovation programs, industry standards contributions, technology partner programs, and the development of Field Development Engineers and Solutions Architects. Candidates need at least 10 years of technology-domain experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience with cloud technology roadmaps and executive communication. The position is based in the United States at Cupertino, California; Dallas, Texas; Bellevue, Washington; or Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries ranging from $182,800 to $284,300 depending on location.
