Description
ASM is hiring a senior semiconductor NPI leader to drive advanced packaging technology engagement for customer new products, maintain application positions with customer R&D and high-volume manufacturing teams, improve module processes and equipment, define and execute NPI schedules, develop performance metrics, and build cross-functional partnerships. The role requires a materials science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or related degree, 15+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 12+ years with a master’s or doctoral degree in semiconductor module process development, and strong project management, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
