Worley is seeking an experienced Principal Telecommunications Engineer to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of telecommunications, industrial communications, and OT networking solutions across mining, energy, utilities, and industrial projects. The role provides technical leadership, develops communications architectures and technology strategies, supports projects from concept through commissioning, advises clients on digital transformation and cybersecurity, and mentors engineers. It requires significant experience in telecommunications, industrial networking, or operational technology, along with strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills. Flexible and hybrid work arrangements are offered.
