Description
MTSI is hiring an Advanced Analyst to support the development, coordination, staffing, and delivery of the Missile Defense Agency’s Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) twice annually. The role develops test objectives and designs, evaluates compliance, prepares analysis and decision-quality materials, maintains test configuration and schedule documentation, and supports flight, ground, and cyber test operations. It requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, a master’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. The position also requires strong communication, independent or team leadership, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
